The opportunity to meet and work with so many incredible people is undoubtedly one of the greatest elements of wedding photography. We are blessed to join people we, in many circumstances, have only known for a short period of time. We have formed friendships, made life long connections and learned more about ourselves than we ever thought possible along the way. We have been blessed to see many referrals along the way and it was that very circumstance that brought us to these two wonderful humans, Gary and Kimberly. We were lucky to photograph Kimberly's friend and her sisters at a wedding early last year. Little did we know at the time that it would lead us to joining Kimberly and Gary but we truly couldn't be more thrilled! We were so excited to see a few familiar faces at their wedding!
Their big day began alongside family for some relaxing 'getting ready' moments with the bride and her ladies - arguably one of our favourite times of the day. They said their I do's for all to see in the incredible St. Augustines Church - a first time location for us, but one certainly we are looking forward to visiting again soon. After some family photos we made our way to Queen Elizabeth Park where we relaxed and captured some wonderful moments with Vancouver's incredible backdrop. Their reception took us to the Firefighters Conference Hall in Burnaby for some tasty eats and late night dancing.
Thank you very much Gary + Kimberly for allowing us to join you both on your big day. It was truly a pleasure. We enjoyed meeting your wonderful families and of course seeing some familiar faces along the way. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness.
