Over the past many years of photographing weddings here in Vancouver BC, the most rewarding element has been the opportunity to immerse ourselves in a vast number of cultures while helping our couples celebrate, and this stunning and traditional week long Sikh Indian South Asian Wedding was without question a highlight from our entire career.

One of the biggest blessings of being a wedding photographer in Vancouver, is the endless opportunities we are given to document couples in beautifully unique venues throughout the city, and most unique venue of all might be The Permanent Venue in the heart of downtown Vancouver.  Located in the middle of historic downtown Vancouver, this old bank building is the perfect spot to host stylish and intimate weddings.  Dripping with charm and character, the Permanent Venue is easily one of our all time favourite venues that we have ever visited for weddings in Vancouver.

We have been fortunate to photograph a lot of beautiful backyard weddings over the course of our wedding photography career, but this bohemian and whimsically inspired backyard wedding in the Fraser Valley, might just be the most beautiful one we have ever seen.  

It’s official, our love of dramatic landscapes and beautiful scenic west coast views has been matched by our obsession with architectural-based urban weddings, and the most stunning venue to represent that love is the Polygon Art Gallery in the heart of North Vancouver.  If you’re after a venue that gives you a blank canvas to infuse your personal style, the beautifully modern aesthetic Polygon Gallery might just be the perfect space to host your big day.  The expansive views of the Vancouver Skyline and stunning sunset exposure make this modern building a goldmine of photo opportunity.  Our day with Brianne + Chris was something special and it was made even more memorable by their decision to host it at the Polygon Art Gallery.  They carefully and intentionally incorporated their personal style through modern decor a beautifully neutral palette of colours.  Each and every detail was carefully considered, and the result was a stunning vision of clean lines and simple details.  Everything was absolute perfection.
